NEED RICE - could be bought against scrap [Germany]
An african company offer scrap for sale and want purchase rice. I officially represent this company in EU and two days ago I went back from Africa to Hamburg. Actually they can offer 3 000 MTS of scrap but it could be in few days rised till 5 000 MTS. For purchase or barter they need bagged (50 kG) rice of 25% and 10% quality. Company is well linked to the governement (pe. vice-president of company is director general of bigest sea port in the country) and have strong official support.
