We are a leading ball valve manufacturer based at pune in India with a group turnover of USD $40 million. We are manufacturing ball valves upto 30' and exporting to more than 50 countries. We are keen on sourcing cost effective worm type quarter turn gearboxes with good quality.
The supplier needs to have international certification like ISO 9000, ped etc.
We are looking for worm type manual gear box with various torque range for fitment on our valves. We have regular requirement with good quantity. Now we are enclosing the various torque gearboxes we required.

Quality requirement:
1) pl. Specify stem entry dimension (height of gear operator).
2) pl. Specify mechanical advantage(performance factor).
3) pl. Confirm gear operator is self locking quarter turn type or pl. Add this our regular requirement. Gear operator should have end adjustment to sector gear. (stopper bolt arrangement-------high tensile bolts only. )
4) gear operator to be fitted with grease nipple.
5) gear operator should have painted thickness of 65microns(maxi). The primer must be organic zinc silica
6) the hand wheel direction must be such that it should be clockwise to close & anticlockwise to open.
7) there must be two (180 degrees apart) key-ways & orientation should be at right angle to hand wheel axis.
8) pl. Specify warranty period of your products.
9) eye bolts for lifting( if the gear operator weight is above 45kgs).
