Our channel of distribution is to customers like WALMART, Target, K-Mart, Family Dollar, DOLLAR GENERAL, NWL, ALBERTSONS, ETC. and other mass merchandisers and chain stores as well as discount stores. As such, price is a very important issue as we target low income which is the bulk of the population who would be the only consumers buying such space saving items at very cheap prices because their apartments are small and they have little room and will spend money to buy space saving items for improved living conditions. Rich consumers will not buy these because they have their contractors and architect build these things in and are of high Italian quality.
As such, ok to use lower grade raw materials to achieve very low price point. Margin profit is based on volume sales and with the numbers I am talking about as to my consumers, we will be very profitable and succeeding in this business over 28 years, we seek new styles and innovative factories that can produce our many products that we sell throughout the U.S.A. and South America In addition, if it is cost efficient to produce the item(s) in China or elsewhere, on your/our behalf, it is also ok and u can dispatch the many containers to our designated destinations direct as that will be cost and time efficient.
