I am a rice manufacture in Bangladesh; per day we produce 200 MT rice, from paddies for which there produce huge quantity of rice husk.
We used some quantity husk for as a fuel of boiler production of parboiled rice and paddy Dryer, some of husk we sell to poultry farm for thy used as bed, rest amount of husk wastes per day,
Natural gas is available in my country, recently I setup a gas boiler, fro which whole quantities of husk are save which I used in boiler.
Now I think how I use the husk but I can know Charcoal made from Paddy Husk. so I search web side, then I saw your web page.
After saw it I am interested to know about your Husk charcoal Machine,
Please your give me information about production system of charcoal machine. And also inform production cost of per ton? i.e. electric consumption, fuel, lubricant & others establishment per ton,
I want to setup par day 30-50 MT capacity Husk Charcoal making machine & also very much interested, If natural gas used for production of charcoal. Because gas is 10 times Cheaper then Kerosene oil.
I have in stock million tons rice Ash, can you advice me how I use, re-cycle, usable production etc.
