Dear Sir,
With interest I note that your company sells products to South Africa. I am acting of behalf of a group of South African steel buyers who have requested that I find alternative sources of a variety of steel products for them.To this end I will be coming to China in the near future to meet with potential suppliers. What I would like to do prior to arriving in China is establish a short list of potential business contacts that I will be able to meet with.
With this in mind I have a few questions: The products I am interested in are:
A. Cable / Wire Rope (Commercial Mild Steel uncertified)
2.5mm (Red PVC Covered to 5mm)-Average requirement 6 000m per month
2.5mm (Clear PVC Covered to 5mm)-Average requirement 13 000m per month
B. Chain (Commercial Mild Steel uncertified) 7mm Extra Long Link-Average usage 4 000 x 4 link pieces per month
7mm Mid Link-Average usage 16 000 x 8 link pieces per month
1.what is the price for the above products? If the price and quality are right we would be placing an order every second month.
2.Have you exported to South Africa previously?
3.What certification do your products hold?4.How are these products packaged? Would we be able to put our own branding on the packaging?
5.What are the estimated weights for each of the above items?
6.Are you able to provide us with samples of your product so that we are able to show our buyers the quality of your product
