PRODUCTION: 1.200.OOO KG., equivalent to 230.000 4,1 boxes standard of kg each one (20% rejection).
VARIETIES: Haden, Kent, Tommy and Keit.
CALIBERS:
· 14 and 16 20%
· 10 and 12 40%
· 8 and 9 35%
· 7 and 8 5%
PROGRAMMED PERIOD OF HARVEST: Half-full of October in the middle of January.
FACILITIES: The company counts on its own in packaging for the fruit, including hydrotermic treatment when it is necessary with seal HACCP, with two differentiated lines of reception, treatment, classification, packing, it fried and conservation.
AGE OF THE PLANTATIONS: 80% are 14 years old. AVAILABILITY: It is defined during the months of June, July and August.
