Subject: Requirement of PVC Pelletising Machine
We are the leading manufactures of PVC profiles in INDIA, which is being used for both building (doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, partitions, paneling) and industrial purposes (air deflectors, toy parts).
We had visited your stall in Chinaplas & would like to thank you for the courtesy extended by you towards the undersigned. We have a requirement of the following machine:
1. Rigid PVC Pelletising Line: The machine should be a twin-screw extruder with an output of 350kg/hr. It should have a die face cutter in front of the extruder to cut the pellets.
We also require the following things.
Conveying System to convey dry blend to hopper of the extruder
The system to convey the granules from the extruder to the silo.
We wanted to know whether the twin screw extruder suggested by you can take high levels of
fillers as shown in the formula below
Formula
PVC Resin - 100 kg
Calcium carbonate (filler) - 70 kg
Stabiliser - 3.6 kg
Lubricant - 1.5 kg
Impact Modifier - 4 kg
We understand that if we use a conical screw then the life of the screw is less & it cannot
take high levels of filler loading
In comparsion to conical screw , parrell screw is better as the life is longer than conical
We require you to give us a total technical detail along with the prices of the above machine. We are enclosing along with a letter an excel sheet. Kindly give us the technical detail of the machine on the attached sheet.
