4. Provide Warranty Information.
5. Copy of Government Business License.
6. Pricing per unit must be at or below $16 USD per unit, FOB China, destination: Los Angeles, CA (Long Beach Port), USA.
7. Sample Cost for shipping via Courier (DHL, Airborne Express, etc. ) to San Diego, CA USA.
8. Estimated Production or Procurement Lead Time and Delivery Time via Container Ship to California, USA.
9. Terms for Purchase and Bank Wire or Payment Information.
10. Must include Quality Assurance information (Defect/Error/Return Rates).
11. To speed up this transaction, please include a Manufacturer or Supplier Agent Contract Form or Template in Word Document, to insure that we will receive our Commission Fee for this Deal. Because our Client will be transferring money directly to your account.
