We have received a government order for Solar Caps which will be to the tune of 1000 Caps (urgently) and after the first order there will be regular orders once we supply the first order.
Before taking the order from the government agency we w ould like to have your reply on the following points :
1. Can you supply the quantity 1000 Nos (RED COLOR) Solar Caps? What will be the delivery period from the date of our purchase order? 2. We would also like to have your minimum rates for the government order. There is competition and the order is finalized on the lowest rates quoted. 3. What will be the transportation approx. cost? 4. What will be the payment terms ? We propose that 50 % and 50% against delivery.
